(plus commission) Regional Sales Representative responsibilities: The role focuses on increasing revenue through organic, inorganic, or cross-selling products and services, while also protecting revenue by retaining current dealers and accounts. It involves maintaining positive relationships with dealers, identifying opportunities, and forecasting sales. Regular participation in sales meetings, cooperation with marketing teams, and staying current with industry trends are essential. Additional responsibilities include assisting with PR activities, webinars, trade shows, and regional functions. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Must be PC literate and some familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational skills; multi-task oriented. Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Previous security system/fire alarm system sales experience preferred. Other requirements: Maintain social, ethical, and organizational standards while ensuring that all tasks, no matter how small, are completed successfully. Stay personally motivated and take ownership of job responsibilities. A sense of urgency is required for all tasks performed.
