• Maintain customer profile information and input loads from customer tenders into the system.
• Communicate with account managers about problem loads and the actions taken; update receivers and customers on the status of loads.
• Track daily pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring on-time arrival and proper condition of loads.
• Take check calls from drivers to confirm on-time deliveries; verify load data before marking loads as delivered for accounting.
• Investigate product discrepancies such as overages, shortages, and damages, and complete necessary documentation.
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments; approve or decline loads per account manager instructions.
• Provide clear, detailed directions to drivers for proper routing.
