Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in landscaping, trades, or specialty floor care.
• 2+ years of mechanical experience, including electrical plumbing and carpentry.
• Experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems (i.e. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems).
• Possess necessary certifications and licenses.
• Valid driver's license to be able to travel between property sites.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and other database software.

Maintenance Technician responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair commercial properties. Tasks include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance. Utilize lifts and ladders for tasks, complete paperwork accurately, and maintain the cleanliness of facilities. Physical demands of this position include lifting 50 pounds and working at heights in various environments.

Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $26 - $30 per hour
