We are hiring a Maintenance Technician in Mc Calla, AL, Join a team of professionals that are committed to excellence, and apply today for this exciting temp-to-hire opportunity! Pay rate: $18 - $25/hr. (Based on experience) Schedules available: 1st shift: 7am - 4pm 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm Flexibility to work either shift as assigned. Essential tasks: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of machinery, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues while conducting preventative maintenance to improve efficiency. Ensure a safe work environment by following company protocols and maintaining accurate maintenance records. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and address necessary repairs. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of related experience, previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. A basic understanding of PLCs is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work in various environmental conditions. We have tons of perks!
