Staffmark is partnering with a distinguished South Gate, CA, aerospace company to find a dedicated Aerospace Forge Apprentice. 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $19.00/hr

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess at least one year of related experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds, ensuring you are well-equipped to handle the physical demands of the position.

Job Duties: As a Aerospace Forge Apprentice, your daily duties will include preparing furnace loads based on material type and allowable quantities, verifying the piece count and assessing the straightness and flatness of parts before and after heat treatment, and performing cold and hot straightening as needed. You will also conduct hardness inspections of the material to ensure compliance with quality standards.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
