As a Senior Payroll Manager specializing in the ECP Module within SuccessFactors, you will play a pivotal role as our payroll team's SAP ECP subject matter expert. Your expertise will be crucial in critically reviewing and analyzing current payroll procedures and recommending and implementing best-practice operations. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with our Human Resources, Benefits, IT, and Compensation teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements. Requirements
Salary: $127,466-$163,332 annually. A starting salary higher than $127,466 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
