Financial Cost Analyst Category: Accounting Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-382135-1 We have an immediate contract opportunity for a Cost Accounting Analyst in Durham North Carolina. This position is approved for 2 to 3 months. Pay Rate: $38.00 to $43.00/Hr. Key Skills: Manufacturing Operations OPEX, CAPEX Standard Cost Analysis Actuals vs Budgets Production Variances Communicate across all levels the company. SAP, Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, H-Lookups) Cycle Counts Schedule: Onsite with the potential for Hybrid Job Responsibilities: Financial analysis on actuals and budget, financial reporting at manufacturing level, site interactions, talk to all levels of business, standard cost analysis and reporting, month-end close, production variances, and potential even cycle counts. Contribute to the closing activities in collaboration with the financial accountants to ensure accurate information and provide decision & ad hoc reporting to all business partners. Build monthly reports and perform reconciliations. Contribute to projects by producing or by validating Ad Hoc Reports. Qualifications: Graduate from Business School (option Finance/Controlling/Audit) or if relevant Graduate in Engineering School with significant Finance exposure and experience Experience in financial analysis of actuals and budget in manufacturing environment, audit, internal audit, operational management control (2-5 years of experience minimum) SAP experience highly preferred. Manufacturing ERP systems exposure at minimum. Highly skilled Excell use (V-Lookups, H-Lookups, Pivot Tables) Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
