Are you an experienced Gummy Manufacturing Technician with a background in gummy manufacturing? We have an exciting opportunity with our client in La Mirada, CA! As a Gummy Manufacturing Technician, you'll ensure the safety, quality, and compliance of vitamin and mineral supplement gummies. You'll work closely with the production team to monitor processes, perform quality checks, and verify adherence to industry standards in a fast-paced, SQF-certified, and NSF GMP-certified environment.

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Hours: 10 PM - 6:15 AM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Monitor and verify adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and SQF policies.
  • Conduct in-line inspections during key production stages (raw material, gummy mold filling, and final packaging).
  • Oversee quality parameters like moisture content, pH, Brix levels, and net weight accuracy.
  • Perform sensory evaluations (taste, texture, appearance) to ensure gummies meet quality standards.
  • Ensure calibration records for critical testing equipment are up to date.



Qualifications:



  • 1+ year of experience in gummy manufacturing, preferably in a pharmaceutical or dietary supplement facility.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, SQF, and NSF GMP-certified environments.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality checks and in-process testing.
  • Familiarity with critical testing equipment (refractometers, pH meters, scales).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
