The Manufacturing Quality Control Inspector ensures that products meet customer and regulatory standards by inspecting consistency in color, shape, size, weight, and overall quality. They work closely with machine operators to
make adjustments as needed, identify defects and contaminants, and apply the final product coating.

Shift Options



  • 2nd Shift | 2 PM - 10:15 PM
  • 3rd Shift | 10:15 PM - 6:15 AM
  • Monday - Friday
  • Pay: $19.50 per hour (shift differential after full-time hire)



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Follow cGMP and safety guidelines.
  • Inspect and verify product quality (color, size, weight, consistency).
  • Operate lab equipment (scales, probes, moisture analyzers) for in-process checks.
  • Work with machine operators to adjust production as needed.
  • Handle and scan materials in the ERP system.
  • Oversee Gummy Collection, Coating, and Inspection processes.
  • Complete batch records and maintain production documentation.
  • Clean and maintain production tools and equipment.
  • Perform Line Clearance and create work orders for Maintenance & Calibration.



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma/GED + 1 year of previous pharmaceutical or production experience (gummy or similar production preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control experience.
  • Familiarity with cGMP and manufacturing practices.
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment (scales, moisture analyzers).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
