HVAC Technician

• Perform Preventative Maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspections and repairs of belts, pulleys, motors, and heat exchangers.
• Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, including boilers, compressors, and ducting.
• Safely handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA standards.
• Complete general repairs and minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks as required.
• Use technology to manage work orders, service reports, and inspections.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining communication and providing estimates for larger projects.
• Attend safety meetings and complete necessary training.

• HS diploma or certification in Landscaping, Trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing), or Specialty Floor Care preferred.
• 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license required, along with an EPA Universal Refrigeration License.
• 5 years of HVAC/General Maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to read instructions, write reports, and use Microsoft Office.
• Comply with safety regulations and perform repairs, with daily local travel between properties.
