HVAC Technician

Pay: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• High school diploma or degree/certification in a related field
• Preference for equivalent experience in trades such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or specialty floor care
• Certified two-year HVAC technical certificate or a state-approved HVAC license required
• At least five years of HVAC and general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
• Applicable certifications and a valid driver's license in good standing required
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License required
• Experience with industrial or commercial HVAC systems essential

Job Duties:

• Deliver effective and timely service across various customer sites within assigned territory
• Utilize a company van and provided tools for travel
• Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and service commercial HVAC systems
• Execute minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical maintenance as needed
• Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure optimal equipment functionality
• Offer recommendations for improvements
