Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

Shift: First Shift



Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the Quality Control team to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee QC activities, testing, equipment maintenance, and data collection.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and food safety regulations, including HACCP.
  • Drive quality improvement projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.



Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of QC and leadership experience in food processing.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data management and reporting.
  • PCQI or HACCP certified; LEAN or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
