Purpose Statement

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. This role involves proposal preparation, contract negotiation, administration, and termination, contributing to seamless contract acquisition and fulfillment.


Key Responsibilities

Contract Management - Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate standard and non-standard contracts.

Terms & Conditions Oversight - Manage contract language updates, ensuring compliance with business and legal requirements.

Risk Assessment & Redline Reviews - Assess business risks, facilitate redline reviews with customers, and negotiate language adjustments.

Legal Collaboration - Partner with Legal teams for in-depth language reviews when necessary.

Document Control & Compliance - Track contract versioning, archive redlined documents, and maintain an organized contract database.

Quality & Compliance - Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with company Quality Policies and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications & Experience

Required Experience:

6 - 9 years of related experience with a BA OR 4 - 7 years with an MBA.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

Strong contract negotiation and administration expertise.

Experience reviewing legal language adjustments and conducting risk assessments.

Ability to collaborate with legal and business teams to align contracts with company policies.

Excellent organizational skills with a focus on document tracking and compliance.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
