We have partnered with a leader in precision engineering and are seeking a HR General Affairs Administrator to join their team. This role is responsible for managing daily HR administrative tasks, including employee records, onboarding, policy implementation, and office operations. As the first point of contact for HR inquiries, you will ensure smooth communication and compliance with company policies.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (Must be early every day)

Salary: $50,000/yr. (Increasing to $55,000 upon conversion)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage employee records, onboarding, and HR policy implementation
  • Serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries and general company procedures
  • Support office facilities and logistics for smooth operations
  • Assist in maintaining HR compliance and administrative efficiency




Qualifications:



  • ADP experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of HR administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and polished demeanor
  • Adaptable, professional, team-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
