This role helps teams understand and adopt a custom Delivery Process Framework to deliver various types and sizes of work. The framework is a hybrid of traditional and iterative methodologies, focusing on effective execution of meetings and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Framework Adoption
* Guide teams on adopting and adapting framework values, processes, and practices
* Assist teams with self-organization and best practices
* Optimize gaps in the framework
* Coach teams to higher levels of process maturity
* Servant Leadership style of support; lead by example
* Remove impediments or guide teams to remove them
* Facilitate discussions, decision-making, conflict resolution, and delivery of work goals
* Facilitate framework meetings (Standup, Backlog Grooming, Review, and Reset)
* Communication and support
* Improve transparency and radiate information
* Deliver team metrics and dashboards for continuous improvement
* Administrative tasks
* Normal office working conditions with some travel required
* Maintain a satisfactory work record, including good attendance
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Sciences, or related fields
* At least three years of professional experience in a Scrum Master, IT-Business Analyst, IT-Project Manager, or IT-Trainer role for IT-Development teams
* Agile certification(s) helpful
* Experience in a Scrum Master (or equivalent) role for IT teams applying Agile values, principles, practices, and theory
* Knowledge and/or experience with Hybrid Development Methodology (traditional, Agile, Lean) techniques. Scrum ceremonies, decomposition of work (Features, User Stories, Tasks), Phase-Gate
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
* General business analysis, project management, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in cross-functional project teaming
* Ability to influence without direct authority
Estimated Min Rate: $51.33
Estimated Max Rate: $73.33
