We're currently looking for a motivated Sit-Down Forklift Operator to support operations in Cypress, CA. Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with flexibility for overtime on Fridays when needed)

As a Sit-Down Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up production areas with pallets, packaging, and raw materials, ensuring smooth operations by transporting materials to the appropriate production areas. Your tasks will also include wrapping and forklift loading of finished goods to storage, recording production times, assisting with machine operation, performing manual labor tasks, and maintaining cleanliness. The role involves double-stacking and aligning pallets safely, packing rice bags, inspecting packaging, sealing cases, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, labeling, and ensuring compliance with company standards, GMPs, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of forklift experience with a valid license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong attendance, punctuality, and flexibility for overtime
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to operate PIT equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Cherry Picker)
  • Ability to move 160+ pallets/day and perform physical tasks
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, accurate environment
