Pay: $25.00/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of freight forwarding experience, strong account management skills, and comprehensive knowledge of logistics and the ocean import process. Proficiency in Cargowise software for 2 years is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in Mandarin.

Job Duties:



  • Maintain internal email communications
  • Manage essential documentation, including:

    • House Bill of Lading (HBL)
    • Master Bill of Lading (MBL)
    • Importer Security Filing (ISF)
    • Packing Lists (P/L)
    • Commercial Invoices (C/I)
    • Customs Forms (3461, 7501 ABI, etc.)


  • Ensure all correspondences related to specific job files are meticulously kept on file
  • Perform credit checks in line with the OTX credit control policy
  • Escalate any irregularities as necessary
  • Document the OTX quote with both cost and sell rates for client reference
  • Maintain organized filing both physically and electronically
  • Accurately record all actions taken in the job files
  • Monitor requests and issues, confirming receipt of acknowledgments, invoices, and other relevant documents
