Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $15 - $16 per hour

What You Need?

• 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software, particularly in surveillance or video technology.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Help Desk Specialist Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote assistance, focusing on mobile video surveillance systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless operation of surveillance technology.
• Guide clients through troubleshooting steps and document interactions in the help desk ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain support documentation and conduct client training sessions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in mobile video surveillance technology.
