The candidate selected is responsible for the management of personnel, materials, and assets of assigned areas to ensure that standards for production, quality, safety, and cost performance are met. Salary: $95,000-$135,000 per year

3rd Shift Hours: 8 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday

Training Hours: 1st shift hours for one month

Essential Functions:



  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety Policies, and all other company standards in each area of the Bottling Department.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for all employees by ensuring that equipment is clean and functional, and all safety devices used.
  • Monitor and validate product QC, perform regular quality audits, and ensure that all quality-checking equipment is functioning on the bottling lines.
  • Inspire, lead, motivate, and develop the team through regular feedback, 1:1s, Personal Development Plans, and objectives.
  • Manage the production schedule and resolve production problems related to methods, equipment, materials, and manpower.
  • Effectively communicate information relevant to all personnel, especially night shift management and personnel.
  • Meet with Team Leaders daily to ensure understanding of goals, and objectives for the day, week, month, and year.
  • Ensure that startup team meetings occur at the beginning of every shift and implement discipline and rewards as necessary.
  • Ensure appropriate training and cross-training for all team members and completion of required reports.
  • Budgeting, financial performance, and cost control are key accountabilities.

Requirements:



  • 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing experience.
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Excel, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Control (QC) standards.
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.


Physical requirements: Light physical demand may require intermittent sitting, standing, and walking; repetitive movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers to manipulate equipment; ability to ascend/descend stairs, ladders, and/or platforms; ability to provide effective written, oral, and/or nonverbal communication with other employees and members of management; ability to manipulate equipment, tools, and supplies; able to exert up to 25 lbs.
