Talent Acquisition Specialist III

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a strategic and consultative Talent Acquisition Specialist III to support full-cycle recruiting for our Cardiology business. This role will partner closely with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive diverse and high-impact recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will influence best hiring practices, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and manage multiple clients across our commercial sales organizations.


Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting - Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and pre-boarding for assigned business units.

Strategic Hiring Consultation - Partner with hiring managers to advise on best hiring practices, helping to attract top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development - Develop, influence, execute, and track sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates using Success Factors, 8fold, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, competitive intelligence, industry conferences, and referrals.

Diversity & Employer Branding - Implement diversity sourcing strategies and digital engagement tactics to position Boston Scientific as an employer of choice.

Process Improvement & Compliance - Continuously assess and enhance talent acquisition processes, ensuring compliance with OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with HR partners, business leaders, and fellow recruiters to align talent with business needs and drive hiring success.

Data-Driven Decision Making - Utilize market data, talent metrics, and hiring trends to inform recruitment strategies and present hiring plans to senior leadership.


Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree + 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience OR

Master's degree + 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Talent Acquisition CRMs (e.g., 8fold, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)

Experience with email marketing campaigns & talent pipelines

Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and best hiring practices

Soft Skills & Collaboration:

Strong communication and presentation skills to influence senior leadership

Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Experience supporting commercial sales recruitment (preferred)


Preferred Qualifications

Medical device industry experience (especially in a commercial sales organization)

Expertise in diversity recruiting strategies and social media talent engagement

Strong analytical mindset with experience in leveraging hiring data & market insights
