Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay: $20-$24/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll maintain and troubleshoot equipment like conveyors, HVAC/R systems, motors, and PLCs, while following safety protocols. The role involves working in outdoor and 36-38F refrigerated environments. Specialty tools are provided, but you'll need your own standard tools.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on equipment such as baggers, conveyors, motors, HVAC/R systems, electrical systems, and more
• Troubleshoot and repair farm equipment and housing facilities
• Follow all safety protocols, including LOTO, fall protection, and arc flash procedures
• Work in various environments, including outdoor conditions and cold storage (36-38F)
• Utilize your own tools (specialty tools provided)

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience troubleshooting electrical systems (3-phase)
• Experience repairing motors, bearings, rollers, and processing equipment
• Basic plumbing, welding, and motor/pump installation skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude with preventive maintenance experience
• Comfortable working in cold environments (36-40F)
• Familiarity with PLC systems and produce packaging equipment (preferred)
• Forklift operation proficiency
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance required
