Job Summary:

Coordinates management of deliverables for specified contract(s) to ensure compliance with contract defined procedures and timelines for deliverables

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Maintains and manages electronic and hardcopy of contract deliverable files.
  • Monitors and coordinates deliverables ensuring completion and timely reporting of deliverables.
  • Creates and formats spreadsheets, graphic presentations, and monthly reports to identify issues and trends, suggesting responses.
  • Attends meetings/conference calls; takes notes and prepares agendas and minutes.
  • Remains current on changes of the SOW and informs others of Medicare change requests.
  • Maintains business relationship with the highest degree of integrity.
  • Writes highly confidential documents, presentations, reports, flowcharts, and other documentation for inclusion in the deliverables for management and customers, consistent with quality standards.
  • Ensures timely updates and submission of all dashboard indicators and charts for review by the management team.
  • Ensures appropriate deliverables have been reviewed by the editor prior to submission.
  • Is aware of the due dates and sends appropriate alerts to assigned personnel.
  • Uses quality improvement tools to continuously improve processes to work with team to identify, develop, and implement improvement plans.
  • Maintains access with data systems necessary for CMS deliverables such as CMS ARTS and CMS Secure email.
  • Coordinates with CMS and other governmental entities as needed to carry out duties including but not limited to: obtaining or providing necessary information, identifying issues and assisting with timely responses to inquiries regarding the contract.
  • Works under contract requirements and established policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience:



  • HS diploma or GED equivalent required. Prior project planning, scheduling deliverables experience, or working on government contracts preferred.


Language Skills



  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


Mathematical Skills



  • Ability to perform standard mathematical calculations.


Reasoning Ability



  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Other Skills and Abilities:



  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate proficiency of Database software; Spreadsheet software; Presentation software and Word Processing software.
  • Position requires excellent oral and written communications skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to be forward thinking required.
  • Must have high initiative, be flexible, and have the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks with rigid timelines.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
