Hunter Hamilton is working with a client in the Las Vegas area and they are need of a temporary to possible hire Administrative Coordinator to manage their state code compliance process. This role will work in office Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Candidates must have 2+ years of administrative experience, working with code compliance or permitting is a plus, Intermediate Excel skills, Oracle is a plus, and good communication skills. Hunter Hamilton offers hourly/weekly pay, direct deposit, and temporary health benefits.

Essential Functions:



  1. Booking and scheduling all State required testing with the approved inspection agency and the customers.
  2. Tracking notice of violations on spreadsheets
  3. Communicates with customers on progress of NOV's
  4. Utilizes the State database to keep our records current
  5. Assists with scheduling repairs with mechanics and superintendent
  6. Attends and participates in weekly operation/repair meetings
  7. Works with consultants by providing reports as needed
  8. Performs other duties as assigned



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED (general education degree) is required
  • 2+ years of administrative experience is required
  • Experience with state code compliance is a plus
  • Able to work collaboratively, have good communication skills, and prioritize projects by deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is required including intermediate reporting skills with Excel
  • Jaggaer, Salesforce, Oracle, and Google Sheets are a plus
