Staffmark is seeking new talent in Windsor, CT, and hiring an experienced Logistics Sales Representative for a customer-focused, woman and minority-owned business with strong family values and a 30-year commitment to excellence. This role
is pivotal in driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships and providing tailored logistics solutions to meet customer needs. We are searching for a candidate with a proven track record in sales within the logistics or transportation industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Salary: $70,000 per year + $100 weekly car allowance + commission structure based on net monthly revenue

1st Shift Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions:



  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the logistics and transportation sector to grow the client portfolio.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assess client logistics needs and propose tailored solutions leveraging company services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, freight management, and logistics solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
