Looking for a fresh opportunity? Staffmark has the perfect position for you! Join our team in Watertown, WI, as a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you'll work alongside Maintenance Mechanics, Electricians, and Supervisors to maintain and repair capital assets while supporting the fabrication and installation of new equipment.

Shift: 10 PM - 7 AM

Pay: $28 - $34 per hour

Responsibilities:



  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair company equipment.
  • Fabricate parts using metal, plastic, or wood to meet company needs.
  • Maintain plant equipment such as boilers, air compressors, and water systems.
  • Assist with layout and procurement of new capital assets.
  • Respond to plant security and safety system needs.
  • Order parts and accessories as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Basic hand tool skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • High mechanical aptitude preferred (motors, gears, bearings, etc.).
