Pay: $20 per hour Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM As a Customer Service Representative, you'll process sales and service orders, enter data into SAP, and respond to customer inquiries. You'll assist customers by providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving order discrepancies. Additionally, you'll place outgoing calls to promote products, confirm orders, and follow up on any open or delayed shipments. You'll also be responsible for managing return authorizations and ensuring product receipt, and collaborating with other departments to expedite orders when needed. Responsibilities:
