Pay: $17.00/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, showcasing their ability to efficiently support the organization's needs.

Job Duties: As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage various daily tasks, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and coordinating schedules to ensure smooth office operations. You'll assist with accounting functions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable, demonstrating your proficiency in financial processes. Your role will also involve maintaining records, preparing correspondence, and utilizing the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to enhance productivity and communication within the team.
