Staffmark is seeking new talent in Vandalia, OH ready to join forces with a company that expertly produces innovative packaging solutions. We are hiring a Machine Operator with machine operating experience. Pay rate: $18 - $22 per hour

Schedule: Days or Nights (12-hour rotating shifts) 7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:30am

Daily tasks:

The Machine Operator will be overseeing the entire production line from start to packaging, including starting/stopping machines, performing parison controls, and monitoring material usage. Responsibilities include conducting quality checks, preparing machines for mold changes, and ensuring production meets quantity and specification requirements. The position also requires accurate record-keeping, assisting with mold and color changes, and maintaining a clean work environment. Strong team collaboration is essential to ensure efficient operations.

Qualified candidates will have previous machine operating experience, plastic injection molding a plus.
