2025 Summer Internship - Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a social media specialist to develop and execute the corporate social media content strategy in addition to other communications responsibilities in support of the business. This individual will work closely with senior leaders and departments across the company to develop our social media practice that supports the company strategy, critical initiatives, and other business updates.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead content creation and curation for corporate social media, including managing our editorial calendar, writing content, and guiding the development of visuals and other creative assets on all social platforms

• Use social media analytics to drive social media decision making such as the types of content we develop and share and the time of day and day of week to post - the analytics should serve as our guiding post to strengthen our platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, competitive differentiation, community following, and sales pipeline

• Research social media practices and benchmark other companies to continuously improve and evolve Motorola Solutions' social media presence with creativity and imagination

• Understand the Motorola Solutions brand and values and ensure these are reflected through all social media content

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date during or after December 2025
