Position Description
Serve as a key member of the PMO Department in direct support of company goals and objectives. Provide leadership to PMO department personnel and hold responsibility for successful execution of PMO operations in support of ATI's divisions.

This position offers a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Candidates will need to reside near Charleston, SC to ensure work site flexibility.
Essential Functions
- With minimal oversight from PMO Director or Department Lead, responsible for planning, execution and monitoring of PMO and ATI program processes.
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct initiatives, priorities, and performance to successfully complete PMO led corporate initiatives and PMO goals and objectives that satisfy the PMO's role in company strategy.
- Collaborates with and provides oversight and guidance to ATI Program Managers, program teams and other supporting department leads to ensure consistent, efficient operations across the organization.
- Lead, grow, and manage the PMO team to best achieve strategic goals.
- Understands ATI financial objectives and contributes to metric improvement for programs.
- Understands how senior management thinks and works; talks their language; responds well to their needs; makes recommendations in line with company strategy.
- Negotiates well, settles issues and concerns with minimum assistance from management.
- Effective in a variety of presentation venues and settings: one-on-one; small & large groups, internal and external.
- Assures solutions to customer feedback issues are implemented. Always follows up on customer satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities
- Interacts daily with the Director or Department Lead, program managers, support department leads, and ATI management.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and eight or more years of strong experience in the operation, planning and performance of programs, a Master's degree and six or more years of strong experience in the operation, planning and performance of programs or a Ph D with two or more years and a minimum of three years supervisory experience.
- Experience with government programs is required.
- Self-directed with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task effectively, set clear priorities for the team, follow-thru, manage risk, and adapt to unanticipated barriers in plan execution.
- Able and willing to develop and sustain close relationships with diverse customer base. Demonstrated ability to interact with and establish mutual trust.
- Experience with implementing process improvements and developing training for improvements especially related to computer applications desirable.
- Independent self-directed worker, team player, problem solver and experienced leader.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentations, technical reports, meeting management and work group management.
- Strong computer skills including Excel skills, MS Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Proficiency in analyzing data and database experience desirable.
- This position will need the ability to access US only data systems - US Citizenship is required and/or must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance (for certain projects/programs).
