Facilities Coordinator
Remote (central time zone) $45,000-65,000 The Facilities Coordinator will provide general overall Facility Management (FM) services including continuous monitoring of facility. Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service/construction contracts, and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Summary of Duties/Essential Functions: Establish a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with Client counterparts, suppliers and internal teams. Coordinate work and/or approvals between other internal and/or external groups. Support and manage established processes and demonstrate agility and creativity to meet dynamic business needs. Proactively identify potential risks and escalate throughout the organization appropriately. Responsible for administration duties of assigned services at specified client locations. Work collaboratively with all participants including client, contractors/vendors/consultants and all JLL resources. Coordinate and manage work orders, asset gathering and supplier management. Communicate, monitor, and strive to secure JLL's goals for each client location. Review and close out supplier work orders in a timely manner. Confirm assets are up to date in supplier work orders, update when necessary. Develop relationships within JLL peer group to advance knowledge of the overall account. Other duties as deemed necessary and assigned by team leader and/or manager. Qualifications Proficiency in managing administrative duties in support of multiple services and Category Service Managers.
