90% FTE, day shift between the hours of 7:45 am - 5:15pm , Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays. You will work at 20 S Park St located in Madison, WI. Cross coverage to 2349 Deming Way in Middleton, WI may be needed as operationally necessary.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:



  • Establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient, family and/or other care providers such as OT, ortho, burn and wound.
  • Communicate with patients via phone triage or MyChart, provide patient education and support providers within the ambulatory setting.
  • Assist with clinic procedures such as excisions, drain/suture removal, dressing change, and/or breast expansion.
  • Join a specialized team providing all types of plastic and reconstructive procedures to restore function and assist patients to feel their best. Conditions treated may include: brachial plexus, cancers (breast, gynecologic, skin, etc.), carpal tunnel syndrome, congenital anomalies, gender affirmation, migraines, nerve repair, trauma injuries, and Mohs.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of school of nursing Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 6 months of RN experience Required
  • Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
  • CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
