Per Diem RN - Inpatient Psychiatry

This is a per diem option 1A position. Must commit to work a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours, per six (6) week scheduling period in direct patient care. As applicable to operations, one shift should be an evening, night, weekend or holiday. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. We are seeking an experienced inpatient psychiatry Registered Nurse (RN) to:

• Practice in a safe environment on a locked 18-bed unit caring for acutely ill patients who have a variety of comorbidities and psychiatric conditions.
• Function as part of a cohesive interdisciplinary team, providing nurse driven collaboration and patient-centered care.
• Be a prime support and educator for patients.
