Who Are We? What You'll do: Plays a pivotal role in ensuring the functionality, quality, and user experience of applications, tools, and user touchpoints. This individual will primarily focus on validating and testing applications to confirm that they meet the necessary standards before deployment, as well as performing post-deployment testing to validate functionality. This role is expected to evolve into a Business Analyst position over time, offering opportunities for increased responsibility and growth within the organization. The ideal candidate does not need a strong IT background but should possess an eye for detail, a passion for ensuring seamless user experiences, and an interest in growing into a Business Analyst role. This position will also include supporting the administration of Jira standards and workflows, creating visibility, and understanding of the team's processes. Key Responsibilities:

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
