Why Work with Us? Assists Ski/Bike Patrol Manager in maintaining a safe skiing and biking environment by completing daily assignments and supervising patrollers. Conduct staff and safety meetings, assist with scheduling, provide care to those injured or in need of aid. Provide training opportunities. Enforce policies and procedures and ensure all safety procedures are actively in place. Job Responsibilities:
Guest complaint recovery Able to deal with guest's complaints and actions on the hill with courtesy and compassion. And able to make the final decision with the actions we will take to resolve the situation. Ability to supervise an incident investigation. The patrollers taking on this assignment meets with our risk manager and other necessary personnel periodically to keep abreast of current trends in lawsuits. They take on the additional responsibility of performing our incident investigations, compiling parameters that define when an incident investigation is needed and meeting with our Risk Manager to review line items. Evacuation Team Leader The patroller who assumes this task is a participant in our yearly lift evacuation practice. This involves maintaining our rope log, keeping evacuation plans for both summer and winter current to meet the guidelines required by ANSI, NSAA, our area's insurance carrier and area management. They must record rope usage, inspect the equipment for wear, order new equipment as needed and keep abreast of any upgrades in the industry. Driving:
