Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities:

* Manage inventory and procurement of skills laboratory supplies.
* Oversee maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment.
* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on equipment acquisition plans.
* Develop and execute simulation experiences aligned with curriculum objectives.
* Train faculty on simulation curriculum and operations.
* Provide remediation and practice sessions for student laboratory skills.
* Evaluate student progress and maintain records.
* Create a positive and professional learning environment.
* Chair the campus Simulation Committee and participate in organization-wide committees.
* Assume teaching assignments and contribute to graduation ceremonies.
* Maintain lab and classroom organization and orderliness.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications:

* Bachelors in nursing with a clinical component required; MSN preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
* Active RN license to practice professional nursing in state of employment.
* Never disciplined by any board of nursing in any jurisdiction.
* National Simulation Certification, preferred.
* Must meet approval of the Board of Nursing to hold the position.
* Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications.
* Previous experience teaching nursing students preferred.

Salary range from $100,000 annually based on experience and education.
