Position Director, Insurance and Managed Care Division Healthcare Association of New York State Description The Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) is seeking a Director, Insurance and Managed Care within its Insurance, Managed Care and Behavioral Health team. Reporting to the Vice President, Insurance, Managed Care and Behavioral Health team, this position will help in the coordination, formulation, and support of advocacy strategies and policies on issues related to insurance and managed care. The individual will also collaborate with HANYS' members, and advocate on their behalf with regulators, lawmakers, and policy leaders. The individual will also be responsible for developing and providing information, education/collaboratives, and other member resources, as well as provide support for the federal and state insurance and managed care agendas. This position will be based at our office in Rensselaer, NY with a hybrid work environment considered within New York State. The salary range is between $93,000 and $100,000 annually. Payrate offered will be based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities and in consideration of internal equity.
