Hexion is seeking an innovative AI and Communications Specialist to drive the adoption and application of emerging technologies and deliver compelling, accessible IT content that supports our global digital transformation. This is a dynamic role within the Information Technology department, contributing to Hexion's overall Artificial Intelligence strategy and adoption while also ensuring quality and timely IT communications. The position is highly visible and offers collaboration opportunities with various functions within the company. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing technology adoption with a strong focus on AI. Responsibilities include identifying generative AI use cases, introducing new AI capabilities to the company, and championing the broader adoption of AI and emerging technologies. Developing IT communications and user-friendly training materials on key technological tools and ensuring those communications are socialized with the overall organization is an essential part of this role. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be an effective communicator with strong proficiency in generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.). This individual should also understand various tools for AI content creation such as VideoScribe and Canva. Additionally, the candidate will monitor and analyze how associates are adopting and using these tools, providing feedback and insights to continuously improve user engagement. Job Responsibilities
