Position Title: Customer Service

Work Location: Lake County, IL (60064)

Assignment Duration: 6 months, but can be extended

Work Schedule: M-F (7:00 am - 12 pm), hours may extend when available and if applicant interested

Work Arrangement: Onsite 100%

Position Summary: Assist with clinical trial subject recruitment and support Call Resource Management system for clinical trials.

Background & Context:

• Support clinical trials conducted at our organization's Clinical Pharmacology Research Unit (ACPRU).
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on building the volunteer database to ensure efficient and effective subject recruitment to meet trial timelines and organizational objectives.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with ACPRU clinical trial subject recruitment Call Resource Management system in support of clinical trials conducted at the ACPRU.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on building the ACPRU volunteer database to ensure efficient and effective subject recruitment to meet trial timelines and organizational objectives.
  
  Qualification & Experience:
• Call center experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Familiarity with clinical trials (not required, but desired).
• Team-driven individual who works well with others.
