Production Supervisor - 3rd shift Hillsboro, New Hampshire, United States - OSI USA Danvers What we expect Job Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision and leadership in our Packaging Department during evening hours (hybrid shift), 5 PM - 1 AM Collaborate closely with area supervisors, 2nd and 3rd shift production personnel, managers, and engineers to address personnel and technical concerns, resolve issues, and drive positive results Primary responsibility is to ensure operational safety, quality standards, and production output targets are achieved Provide daily feedback to management concerning operational performance and opportunities Responsible for ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety procedures Complete additional tasks as assigned by the management team Who we are looking for What we look for: An associate's Degree or a Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline is desirable 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record of success Strong Knowledge of MS tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Strong decision-making skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential qualities for this position Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people development skills are essential for this position ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
