    Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Manage activities registration process for all co-curricular activities at MMW.
    2. Issue Refunds/Cancellations under guidance of Activities Coordinator.
    3. Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.

    Specific Responsibilities:
    1. Enforce all rules of the Minnesota State High School League and Minnetonka Public School District Policies as they pertain to the respective enrichment activity.
    2. Enter Sports Physicals into Skyward/Affinety database systems.
    3. Set up New Activities in Affinety database system.
    4. Support families with registration challenges.
    5. Oversee scholarships and registration processes for scholars.
    6. Manually register students via counselors' requests.
    7. Collaborate open/close dates and maximum capacities with advisors/coaches and Activities Coordinator.
    8. Communicate with families and students regarding registration and basic activities questions.

    Knowledge and Skills:
    1. Has knowledge of key technological tools: Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms), Affinety, Skyward, and Schoology.
    2. Understanding of and agreement with the Minnetonka Public School District's Student Activity and Athletic Code and the Coaches/Advisors Handbook.
    3. Knowledge of State, Federal and Minnetonka Public School Board Policies regarding student conduct and appropriate disciplinary action.
    4. Evidence of the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coaches/advisors, supervisor, families, and students.
    6. Ability to receive work direction.
    7. Strong work ethic and organizational skills. Able to work independently.
    8. Physical ability to perform essential job functions.

    Compensation:
    $16.60 per hour
    Not medical or dental benefit eligible.
