The Administrator - E-commerce is responsible for planning, developing, producing, editing and maintaining photographs of units, parts, and any other items that will be for marketed on the E-commerce website. They will have an understating of computer networking and internet technology. The individual will be proficient with taking and uploading specific pictures of units to the E-commerce software. To accomplish the essential functions the person communicates and works with PRS and Component Group team members, E-commerce Business Development Manager, Materials Department Team members, developers, applicable vendors, customers, etc. that utilize the E-commerce website. Essential Job Functions:
- Manages all aspect of the administrative requirements and photos that will be required for the E-commerce website. They will work with the E-commerce web developers on content and design of product content and images.
- Writes clear and concise item descriptions of units that will be sold through Duncan Aviation E-commerce website. They will ensure that the online product specifications, RTS documents, and pricing are accurate and are changed accordingly in a timely manner.
- Work with IT to ensure that any issues that develop on the E-commerce website are followed up on and resolved. Analyze E-commerce website for improvements and ease of use.
- Work with the E-commerce Business Development Manager regarding E-commerce to include assisting with sales and marketing campaigns, marketing strategies, customer E-commerce agreements, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

- Attendance: Regularly scheduled attendance required
- Physical: Repetitive motion; tolerates sitting; proficient typing and data entry skills, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Other: Proficient with various software including photoshop, illustrator
Knowledge of professional photograph procedures, practices, terminology; studio production with multi-camera shooting, lighting conditions and effects - Environmental: N/A
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or Associates degree with related coursework or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of one-year previous related experience in photography or video production preferred
- Proficiency with general computer use and use of Microsoft Software (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
- Proficiency with photography equipment
- Understanding of online E-commerce websites
