We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as an Analyst, Expediting As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business. The Analyst, Expediting will manage Request for Quotation (RFQ) process for program catalog items and re-pricing business opportunities as needed. Manage supplier order books and obtain ship dates on all open items from top tier suppliers. Lead the expediting process on material that is urgent as deemed necessary by Operations and/or customer. Coordinate with Operational Procurement on supplier delivery information and updating Open PO notes in tcmIS. Provide Sourcing data coordination and analytical support to the Strategic Bids and Pricing team as needed. Investigate and clear all buyer invoicing exceptions as requested. *Contribute to the creation of Bids Sourcing Strategies *Provide status, reports and analysis that are timely, comprehensive, accurate and meet requirements. *Participate in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance. Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities & Duties (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions) *Coordinate and execute sourcing activities in collaboration with team members and suppliers, and other stakeholders. *Work directly with internal/external customers on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate, and accurate responses to inquiries and requests. *Monitor and track internal sourcing progress against bid due dates and other bid requirements. *Maintain files for RFQs and expedites. *Coordinate information as needed with sales, purchasing, quality, and other appropriate departments to support the RFQ process. *Support internal KPI's, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to targets and timescales. *Prepare for and support price negotiations with suppliers. *Participate in and practice continuous improvement and/or process improvement efforts About you
