Our Client is looking for an* Epic Patient Flow Optimization Specialist* to join the team!
*Duration*: 3 month contract to start (potential to extend) *Remote with potential travel to Houston, TX (25%)* *Responsibilities:* * This provider is focused on optimizing their systems and processes to ensure the best patient experience. The client needs this individual to assess their current state as it relates to patient throughput and make recommendations on how to centralize and optimize their processes. * Assess current end-to-end patient flow for all patient and admission types. * Develop innovative recommendations for a centralized command center (physical and/or virtual), including ideal organizational, leadership, and staffing structures. * Create a strategic roll-out plan and timeline. * Collaborate closely with TPM, IT Sponsor, and Executive Sponsors for Patient Flow. *Required Skills:* * Command center optimization, Epic patient flow, process improvement, patient throughput optimization (admission/registration/discharge). * Familiarity with Epic Grand Central (This is not an Epic build role but this person must be comfortable advising on Epic Patient Access Modules. Epic Grand Central certification is not required) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $95.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
