THE JOB:

Asa Houseperson, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your attention to detail, and dedication to maintaining impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences alongside maintaining a pristine environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE SCHEDULE:On Call

Hours of Operation:

Mon to Sun: 24 Hours

Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino | Beach Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure that assigned areas including restrooms, hallways, and lobbies are clean and presentable

• Routinely clean ash urns, and dust lamps, mirrors, and picture frames to maintain a clean and inviting appearance

• Ensure marble floors in assigned areas are clean and free of debristhrough routine vacuuming, and sweeping

• Deliver requested items, such as refrigerators, pillows, rollaways and cribs to guest rooms

• Routinely empty trash cans and linen from the Guest Room Attendants' carts as needed

• Maintain inventory levels, deliver supplies to assigned lockers, and stock it

• Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

• Has prior experience in a general cleaning role
