Location: Livonia, MI, USA Shift: 1st Shift Work model: On-Site Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist in Livonia, MI to ensure service parts are available for customers. The Senior Supply Chain Specialist will also provide support with emergency orders. Responsibilities: Respond to customers' emergency orders. Use various systems to verify the status of emergency orders. Reply to dealers regarding order inquiries. Handle quality control inspection requests. Place orders as necessary and work with suppliers to ensure parts are shipped. Provide additional supply chain assistance where needed. Skills and qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Two plus years of previous supply chain, logistics or transportation experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail.
