The Senior Program Manager is responsible for executing and managing delivery of projects in support of Canteen Pacific Division operations, including planning, establishing, and maintaining project management standards, processes, and best practices; ensuring that projects are executed efficiently; and managing stakeholders across division regions and corporate partner groups. In addition to directly managing individual projects from inception to completion, this person will set a portfolio roadmap with quantifiable goals, manage portfolio risk, and create data-rich reporting dashboards. The role reports directly to the Division President. We are seeking a candidate with a flexible, growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to be detail-oriented while staying focused on the long term, big picture goals, and to make trade-offs and prioritize as new information is received. Deep listening skills and an operational skill set will be key, as will the ability to form strong relationships with the field team. Key Responsibilities:
