Reasonable Accommodation Accessibility Systems Support

This position requires an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance to be considered.

This position provides administrative support to the GTM/OAA Director and management staff, primarily handling accommodation requests, data preparation, calendar management, and logistical support.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Reasonable Accommodation Accessibility Systems Support: 90000 - 100000

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Reasonable Accommodation Accessibility Systems Support Responsibilities Include:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all reasonable accommodation requests and assist in managing communication channels.
  • Coordinate onboarding for OAA employees and contractors and compile data for executive-level presentations.
  • Manage calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate travel logistics.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare logistics and ensure briefing materials and background data are ready.
  • Draft case documents, briefing papers, and reports per Department's guidelines.
  • Liaise with other bureaus, demonstrating diplomacy, and comprehensive knowledge of OAA's objectives.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned



Reasonable Accommodation Accessibility Systems Support Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:



  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of Government experience.
  • Top-Secret security clearance is required with potential for TS/SCI upgrade if necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently without close supervision.
  • Familiarity with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and experience with the Department of State desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • English Language proficiency across multiple linguistic registers and adaptability to match required registers.
  • Self-starter with integrity and independence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and data analytics, with experience handling sensitive information according to Department protocols.
  • Ability to write on behalf of the Director, projecting their views and conforming to the style and format guides established by the Department's Executive Secretariat.
  • Experience in handling sensitive information, such as medical documentation, in accordance with Department protocols.
  • Familiarity with travel logistics and related documentation is desirable.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
