About the unit
This home-like facility offers programs and activities to support daily living and provides 24/7 care for adults. Resident aides provide personal care assistance and instruction to the residents of the home, while promoting independence and quality of life. Scope of workProvides personal care assistance, instruction, and promotes independence and quality of life for residents. The Residential Aide also performs a variety of household tasks essential to the operation and cleanliness of the group home. Monitors the health of residents and reports any signs of residents' illness to the supervisor or designated medical staff.
