PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Quality Control Representative is responsible for implementing the ACTS Quality Control Plan (QCP), developing quality control metrics/checklists, data collection, conducting analysis and auditing each site within ACTS. Quality Control Representative will work closely with the Program Manager, Site Manager & Contract Office Representative to ensure best practices are followed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Develop and administer the project quality control plan in coordination with Corporate QC.
* Enforce project quality control plans and associated standards.
* Perform inspection of all work center monthly.
* Maintain detailed reports.
* Conducts safety briefings to employees.
* Chair monthly QC briefings to senior management and customer.
* Manage, schedule, review, and certify all submittals for client review and approval.
* Perform all necessary project inspections needed for compliance with the QC Plan.
* Conduct periodic follow up inspections to verify that work is proceeding in accordance with the PWS and corrective action plans.
* Stop work if necessary to resolve matters that affect safety, quality and/or inhibit the logical progress of work.
* Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities but will require coordination with other project-level personnel

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

* Ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.

* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
* Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
* Ability to be detail oriented, organized, and proactively follow-up as needed.
* Effective oral and technical written communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate information to others as well as to present information in front of a group.
* Ability to actively listen, with strong written and oral communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft business software applications presently used by the Company: ability to learn new applications.
* Ability to understand and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas.
* Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
* Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
* Ability to understand and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to learn and understand the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Must be able to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision
* Ability to multi-task.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum three years of relevant QC experience within an Air Force range contract.
* Previous electronics technician training preferred.
* Must be able to work on secure militaryfacilities.
* Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
* Must have current valid driver's license and clean driving record and be qualified to operate a vehicle
* Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
